Abstract：The construction of elaborate course is the major measure of college course reform and construction，and also the important reflection of professionals training model.This article describes forming of the excellent teaching team，teaching reform and building quality control system etc.in the process of the construction of ophthalmology elaborate course in Changchun Medical College in order to form the vertical course features of the length，width and height.The construction of elaborate course can improve the teachers'teaching level and play a promoting role in training applied talents with solid foundation of ophthalmology eye optical technology.
