Abstract：Objective To understand disease burden and the variation trend of the different sex，age group by quantitative calculation of the lymphoma disease burden of Xiamen residents and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of lymphoma in Xiamen city.Methods Lymphoma mortality data of Xiamen residents from 2010 to 2014 were collected.Years of life lost（YLL）was used to measure and analyze the lymphoma disease burden.Results 191 cases Xiamen residents died of lymphoma from 2010 to 2014，the mortality was 1.99/100 thousand and standardized rate was 2.05/100 thousand；The YLL，years lost due to disability（YLD）and disability adjusted life year（DALY）of Xiamen residents per thousand population lymphoma was respectively 0.233，0.005 and 0.238；Male was higher than female and the largest burden group in male and female was respectively 60-69 years group and 0-4 years group.Conclusion YLL is the mainly factor that results in Xiamen residents lymphoma disease burden.Preschool children and middle-aged crowd are the crowd that should be focus on prevention and control.
