Abstract:Objective To analyze the surgical selection evaluation and effects comparison of 120 cases with cholecystectomy. Methods 120 cholecystectomy patients from January 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were discussed and analyzed.120 patients were arranged to a random number. With the number they were divided into laparoscopic group(n=60)and open surgery group(n=60).Patients in laparoscopic group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy and patients in open surgery group were treated with open cholecystectomy.Postoperative situation and clinical treatment effects between two groups were compared. Results The postoperative total effective rate, postoperative evacuation time and hospitalization expense in laparoscopic group and open surgery compared with no statistical differenc(P>0.05).The bleeding volume during operation, operation time, hospital staying, pain relievers using and incidence rate of complications in laparoscopic group were less than open surgery group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects and hospitalization expense has no obvious difference between laparoscopy group and open surgery group, but the complications more easily appeared in open surgery group than laparoscopy group with longer hospital staying.
