Abstract：Objective To explore application of evodia rutaecarpa soup during chemotherapy in patients with cancer，in order to prevent drug intervention chemotherapy vomiting to study the clinical effect of the incident. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016 of our hospital chemotherapy of tumor patients，80 cases of disease，were randomly divided into control group and treatment group，40 cases in each group.Control group patients during chemotherapy were given gamla SiQiong preventive chemotherapy vomiting；The treatment group patients during chemotherapy in the control group on the basis of application of evodia rutaecarpa soup to prevent chemotherapy vomiting.Compared to two groups number of vomiting events during the period of chemotherapy in cancer disease，tumor disease chemotherapy effect，the duration of the symptoms of vomiting，chemotherapy for cancer，the implementation of total time.Results Observation group the number of people vomiting events during chemotherapy in cancer disease （7 cases），significantly less than that of control group （19 cases），the significant difference between groups（P＜0.05）；Tumor diseases chemotherapy effect total effective rate 82.5%is slightly better than thatof control group 77.5%，no difference between groups（P＞0.05）；The duration of the symptoms of vomiting and tumor diseases chemotherapy regimens to implement total time significantly shorter than that of control group，significant difference between groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Application of evodia rutaecarpa soup during chemotherapy for patients with tumor disease prevention drug intervention chemotherapy episode of vomiting，clinical effect is very obvious.
