Abstract:Objective To analyze the feasibility and safety of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with olanzapine in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods 82 patients in mental and psychological clinic of our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatmentmethods,and each group was 41 cases.Patients in the control group were used paroxetine hydrochloride,and patients in the observation group were used olanzapine on the basis of control group.The treatment effects and adverse effects in two groups were compared by using Y-BOCS and the incidence of adverse effects in two groups was compared by using HAMA.Results The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was respectively 87.80%(36/41)and 69.29%(28/41),and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);in the treatment for the 2ndmonths,HAMA and Y-BOCS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);the blood glucose and blood lipid in two groups before and after treatment had no difference(P>0.05);at the same time,patients in two groups had gastrointestinal reaction and stomach discomfort,and symptomatic treatment eased (P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine hydrochloride combined with olanzapine in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder has obvious effects and with safety,which is an effective method and is worth popularize and application in clinic.
