Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Trimetazidine on myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with stable exertional angina pectoris. Methods 90 patients with CHD complicated with stable exertional angina pectoris treated by our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were selected as research objects. They were evenly divided into two groups by computer randomization with 45 cases in each group. In control group, conventional drug therapy was used, while in research group,on the basis of the conventional drug therapy,Trimetazidine was added. The motion testing outcome, frequency of angina pectoris attack in one week, heart rate, heart rate-systolic blood pressure product, and therapeutic effect were compared between two groups. Results The motion testing outcome of the observa tion group∶ST segment lasting 1 mm[(405.39±52.16)s],attack time of exercise-induced angina pectoris[(453.26±59.24)s], the exercise-lasting time[(681.26±53.46)s]was longer than those of control group[(314.26±52.16)s,(351.34±50.31)s, (505.34±41.36)s](P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris attack in one week[(1.34±0.28)times]in the observation group was obviously fewer than that of control group[(4.56±1.25)times](P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in heart rate and heart rate-systolic blood pressure product between two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate(95.56%) in observation group was higher than that of the control group(68.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine is an effective drug in the treatment of CHD complicated with stable exertional angina pectoris, and can effectively prevent or improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia in patients.
