尿常规检验和超声技术诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的应用效果分析

摘要目的探讨和分析尿常规检验和超声技术在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎方面的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月～2016年6月在我院接受临床治疗的急性阑尾炎患儿60例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，各30例，对照组患儿进行超声技术诊断，研究组患儿进行尿常规检验诊断，分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿的临床诊断准确率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05），研究组患儿家长对诊断的满意度评分显著高于对照组患儿家长（P＜0.05）。结论尿常规检验在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎方面效果较好，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of urine routine examination and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods 60 pediatric patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.According to a random number table,they were evenly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given ultrasonography,while the research group was applied urine routine examination.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was analyzed.Results The clinical diagnostic accuracy in the research group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of control group accounting for 80.00% (P＜0.05).The score of parents'satisfaction in the research group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Urine routine test can obtain a better effect in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children compared with ultrasonography.
