Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of three-dimensional traction combined with massagechiropractic techniques in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods200 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis who were admitted into our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study object. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, and there were 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with massage chiropractic techniques, and the patients in the observation group were further given three-dimensional traction on the basis of massage chiropractic techniques.Change of JOA lumbago scale score, clinical efficacy and treatment time,as well as patients′satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,JOA lumbago scale score of the observation group [(20.13±1.68)points] was significantly higher than that of the control group[(18.78±2.24)points](P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(97.0%),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the treatment time of the observation group[(22.31±2.07)d]was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(34.11±1.92)d](P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%)(P<0.05).ConclusionThree-dimensional traction combined with massage chiropractic techniques in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis has a good clinical effect. The method can effectively reduce the pain of patients, shorten the treatment time, and improve patients′satisfaction degree.
