克拉霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果及对症状体征评分的影响

摘要目的探讨克拉霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果及对症状体征评分的影响。方法选取2015年2月～2016年12月我院收治的110例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和联合组，各55例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，联合组给予阿奇霉素与克拉霉素联合治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、症状体征积分、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果联合组的总有效率为96.36%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗后的发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘憋症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组的发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘憋症状消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组的不良反应发生率为5.45%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对支原体肺炎患儿实施阿奇霉素与克拉霉素联合治疗的临床效果更好，能够显著改善患者临床症状，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Clarithromycin and Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on the scores of symptoms and signs.MethodsFrom February 2015 to December 2016,110 cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into the control group and the combined group according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin treatment,the combined group was given Azithromycin and Clarithromycin combined treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom and sign score,clinical symptom disappearance time and the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group was 96.36%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The scores of fever, cough,pulmonary rale and dyspnea in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,pulmonary rale and dyspnea in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.45%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Clarithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is better.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
