Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic retrograde subtotal cholecystectomy in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis.Methods86 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis treated in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled and they were randomly divided into two groups, and there were 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic total cholecystectomy, while the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy. The treatment effect, bleeding volume, operation time, exhaust time, ambulation time, postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.7%,which was obviously higher than that of 69.8%in the control group (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the treatment group was obviously less than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the operation time, exhaust time, ambulation time, postoperative hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe laparoscopic retrograde subtotal cholecystectomy has a good effect in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis.
