Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of detail nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups based on the digital random table method.Patients in the control group were given routine care, while the patients in the observation group were given the detail nursing intervention based on the control group. The blood glucose level and medication compliance were compared between two groups.ResultsThe levels of fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose and HbA1c in the observation group [(7.08±1.48)mmol/L,(9.89±1.63)mmol/L and (6.42±1.36)%]were lower than those in the control group [(8.36±1.53)mmol/L,(11.63±1.57)mmol/L,(7.63±1.51)%];the compliance of the patients in the observation group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of detailed nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly reduce blood sugar levels, improve medication compliance, and promote the recovery of patients;the advantages are significant. It is worthy of clinical application.
