经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果比较

摘要目的探讨经尿道等离子前列腺电切术与经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选择2014年12月～2016年12月我院收治的128例前列腺增生患者作为本次研究对象，将其随机分为对照组及观察组，各64例。对照组给予其经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗，观察组给予其经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（96.88%vs.70.31%，P＜0.05）；观察组手术时间、手术出血量、前列腺剜除质量、导尿管留置时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组尿失禁、膀胱痉挛性疼痛、前尿道狭窄、术后出血、轻度尿道刺激等并发症的总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在疾病复发率上，观察组远低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相较于电切术治疗而言，剜除术在前列腺增生的临床治疗上具有更高的应用价值。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effectiveness of transurethral plasmakinetic resection and enucleation of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.MethodsAltogether 128 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were involved as the object of this research and randomly divided into control group and observation group,64 cases in each group.Control group was given transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate;while,the observation group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate.The clinical effectiveness of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe clinical curative effect of observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.88%vs.70.31%,P＜0.05).The operation time,bleeding volume,prostate enucleation quality,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications,such as urinary incontinence,bladder spasm pain,anterior urethral stricture,postoperative bleeding,mild urethral stimulation of the observation group was lower than that of control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of recurrence of observation group was much lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with transurethral plasmakinetic resection,the transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate has higher application value in clinical treatment of prostate hyperplasia.
