Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect of warning nursing intervention on prevention bedsore in critical patients in department of neurosurgery.Methods80 critically patients from January 2016 to January 2017 in Department of Neurosurgery were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation according to digital sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given general mursing mode,while the observation group was given warning nursing intervention.The incidence of bedsore,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of bedsore in the observation group (5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%);the nursing satisfaction(92.50%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%);the scores of quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionWarning nursing intervention in department of neurosurgery critical patients with good results,which can obviously reduce the incidence of pressure sores,enchance the satisfaction degree of nursing,improve the quality of life of patients,and has definite clinical curative effect,and is worth popularizing widely.
