吲哚布芬联合补阳还五汤治疗气滞血瘀型脑梗死的临床效果

摘要目的探讨吲哚布芬联合补阳还五汤治疗气滞血瘀型脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2019年1～10月我院收治的110 例气滞血瘀型脑梗死患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（55 例）和观察组（55 例），对照组患者运用常规治疗方法，观察组患者在常规治疗方法的基础上运用吲哚布芬联合补阳还五汤，通过比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、Barthel 评分、中医疗效、神经功能缺损疗效，判定临床效果。结果治疗前，两组患者的中医证候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前，且观察组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的Barthel 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的Barthel 评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的中医疗效总有效率为96.36%，高于对照组的83.64%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；神经功能缺损疗效比较，观察组患者的总有效率为92.73%，高于对照组的70.91%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论吲哚布芬联合补阳还五汤治疗气滞血瘀型脑梗死有助于提高临床效果。

Abstract：Objecctive To investigate the clinical effect of Indobufen combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type of cerebral infarction. Methods From January to October 2019, 110 patients with cerebral infarction of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group (55 cases)and observation group (55 cases)according to random number table method. The control group used conventional treatment methods. The observation group used Indobufen combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment methods. The clinical effects were determined by comparing the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score, Barthel score, TCM curative effect and neurological function defect curative effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in Barthel scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the Barthel scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of patients of efficacy of TCM in the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 83.64% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In comparing neurological function defect curative effect, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%, higher than that of the control group of 70.91%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Indobufen combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type of cerebral infarction is helpful to increase the clinical effect.
