Abstract: Objective To explore the application and effect of quality control circle activities in interventional therapy for patients with liver cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing interventional treatment for liver cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group (n=39) and an observation group (n=39) according to the order of admission. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted nursing intervention under quality control circle activities. The total nursing satisfaction, total postoperative complication rate and disease knowledge understanding of the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disease knowledge understanding score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the nursing of patients with interventional surgery for liver cancer can improve patients′ cognition of the disease, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and optimize patients′ satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of promotion.
