瑞舒伐他汀与普罗布考联合用药在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗中的应用及对患者炎症因子水平的影响

摘要目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀与普罗布考联合用药在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗中的应用及对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2014 年5 月至2020 年5 月于辽宁省大连市中心医院诊治的720 例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各360 例。对照组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗，观察组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀与普罗布考联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的炎症因子水平（超敏C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-9）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀与普罗布考联合用药在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗中的应用效果显著，能降低患者的炎症因子水平，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Rosuvastatin combined with Probucol in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and its effect on inflammatory factors in patients. Methods A total of 720 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque who were diagnosed and treated in the Dalian Central Hospital, Liaoning Province from May 2014 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an observation group (n=360) and a control group (n=360) by the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Rosuvastatin,and in the observation group were treated with Rosuvastatin combined with Probucol. The plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein and carotid intima-media thickness, levels of inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein level and carotid artery intima-media thickness of the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors including hypersensitive C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Rosuvastatin and Probucol has a significant effect in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and is worthy of clinical application.
