Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels and significant of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and soluble tyrosine kinase receptor-1(sFIt-1)in peripheral blood of scarred uterus with placenta previa. Methods A total of 218 cases of pregnant women with scarred uterus treated in Wuxi Yihe Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,76 pregnant women with placenta previa were taken as the observation group, and 142 pregnant women without placenta previa were taken as the control group.VEGF and SFIt-1 levels in the two groups were detected,Pearson was used to analyze the relationship between VEGF and SFIt-1 levels in peripheral blood of the observation group, and the maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The VEGF in peripheral blood of the observation group was(71.60±24.66)ng/mL,which was lower than that of the control group of(192.41±35.57)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SFIt-1 of the observation group was(2.98±0.91)ng/mL,which was higher than that of the control group of(1.20±0.45)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF and SFIt-1 in peripheral blood of pregnant women of scarred uterus with placenta previa were negatively correlated(r=-0.594,P<0.05).The incidence rates of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, placenta implantation and hysterectomy in the observation group were 100.00%,38.16%,23.68% and 7.89%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(68.31%,12.68%,6.34% and 0.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia and premature infants in the observation group were 19.74% and 64.47%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(4.23% and 35.92%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the decrease of VEGF and the increase of SFIt-1 in peripheral blood of pregnant women of scarred uterus with placenta previa, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with scar uterus combined with placenta previa is higher.
