Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods A total of 106 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2018 to November 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects, and divided into the observation group(53 cases)and the control group(53 cases)according to different surgical methods. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, and the control group was treated with open ovarian cystectomy. The operation time, hospital stay, first exhaust time, intraoperative blood loss, time out of bed, postoperative complications and the recovery of ovarian function were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, first exhaust time and ambulation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for patients with ovarian cysts can effectively reduce the cost of surgery, reduce the operation time and the length of hospitalization, and the postoperative ovarian function recovers well, with fewer complications, safe and effective, and it is worthy of popularization.
