Abstract:Objective To observe the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with acute leukemia (AL), and analyze their clinical application value. Methods From February 2018 to February 2020, 30 patients with AL admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital were selected as the observation group, and they were divided into acute myeloid leukemia(AML)group and acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)group according to the type of affected cells, with 15 cases in each group. The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry before and after remission induction.Meanwhile, 30 healthy individuals admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital were selected as the control group.T lymphocyte subsets were comparatively analyzed. The changes in CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ before and after remission induction were observed, and their clinical application value was analyzed. Results CD3+and CD4+ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while CD8+ was higher than those in the control group.CD3+ and CD4+ in the AML group were higher than those in the ALL group, while CD8+ was lower than those in the ALL group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).After treatment, CD3+ and CD4+ were higher than before treatment, while CD8+was lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocytes decrease significantly in patients with AL, but they recovered after related treatments, indicating that T lymphocyte subsets detection is of certain clinical value in curative effect evaluation and prognosis. This detection method can be used to diagnose blood diseases like hematological malignancies, which is of great significance for preventing onset of the diseases.
