Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of gastro intestinal ultrasound contrast in gastro duodenal disease. Methods Sixty patients with gastro duodenal diseases admitted to Brain Hospital of Hunan Province from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.Gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and barium meal examination of upper digestive tract were given. The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of gastrointestinal contrastenhanced ultrasonography and barium meal examination of upper digestive tract were compared with gastroscopy. Results A total of 15 cases(25.00%)of 60 patients were diagnosed as malignant lesions after endoscopic pathological examination, including 2 cases of gastric malignant lymphoma and 13 cases of gastric cancer.A total of 17 cases of malignant gastro duodenal diseases were diagnosed by gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, including 3 cases of gastric malignant lymphoma and 14 cases of gastric cancer. After upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination,a total of 25 cases were diagnosed as malignant lesions, including 7 cases of gastric malignant lymphoma and 18 cases of gastric cancer. The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity(93.33%,93.33%,93.33%)of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound were higher than those of upper gastrointestinal barium meal contrast(46.67%,56.67%,60.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced angiography has high clinical value in the diagnosis of gastro duodenal diseases. It is simple,convenient,non-invasive,safe,and reproducible. It is suitable for large-scale census of gastro intestinal diseases and is worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
