Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood T patients with advanced lung cancer after targeted therapy. Methods A total of 50 patients with targeted therapy for lung cancer who were hospitalized in the oncology department of Shangrao People′s Hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the experimental group, and a total of 50 people who went to Shangrao People′s Hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The venous blood of the two groups was selected as the control group, the T lymphocyte subsets in the samples were detected by flow cytometry, and the T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were observed. The experimental group was treated, and the content changes of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were observed. Results The CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ content of the experimental group lower than that of the control group, and the CD8 content was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ content after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the CD8+content was lower than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted therapy can effectively improve the immune status of patients with advanced lung cancer, and observing the changes of CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+content can be beneficial to the treatment of the patient was evaluated.
