Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation exercise in promoting the rapid recovery of gynecological laparoscopic perioperative patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table method. The control group used traditional gynecological laparoscopic perioperative nursing methods, the observation group used perioperative rehabilitation exercise method. The psychological state score, postoperative body recovery, hospitalization time, complications and nursing satisfaction score at discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared, the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time of anus, the first time of getting out of bed,the time of returning to normal diet and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at discharge;the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can improve the psychological state of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,at the same time, can shorten the recovery time of patients, but also can reduce the risk of complications of patients, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
