Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of Maqin Xiaoke Granules in the treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 114 patients with acute bronchitis admitted to Liaocheng City Central Hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research subjects. According to equal single-blind method, patients were divided into routine group (57 cases) and study group (57 cases). The routine group was treated with glucocorticoid, and the study group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Maqin Xiaoke Granules. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, lung function, total effective rate of treatment and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and the indexes of lung function between the two groups before medication (P>0.05). After medication,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups was lower than that before medication,and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom of the study group was lower than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) of the two groups were higher than those before medication, the FVC,FEV1 and PEF of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of Maqin Xiaoke Granules in the treatment of acute bronchitis can not only guarantee the safety of treatment, but also improve the therapeutic effect and improve the lung function of patients. The clinical treatment value is remarkable.
