Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of joint mobilization training on early activity of severe pneumonia patients in ICU. Methods A total of 72 patients with severe pneumonia in ICU were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected. The singular number of patients with severe pneumonia were treated as experimental group and double as control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine ICU nursing, while the experimental group was given additional joint mobilization training. The success rate of off-line, the satisfaction of nursing and the length of stay in ICU were compared between the two groups. Results The off-line success rate of the experimental group (91.67%) was higher than that of the control group (72.22%) (P<0.05). The length of stay in ICU was(9.26±2.33) d, which was shorter than that of the control group of (12.35±2.86) d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Joint mobilization training for ICU patients with severe pneumonia can not only effectively improve ventilator off line success rate but also shorten the hospital stay in ICU, and raise the satisfaction of nursing, which is worth clinical promoting.
