Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect between mammatone minimally invasive rotary resection and conventional mastectomy in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods A total of 92 patients with benign breast masses admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the comparison group (n=46) and the experimental group (n=46) according to the time of admission.Patients in the experimental group were treated with mammatone minimally invasive rotary resection, and patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional mastectomy. The operation time, postoperative healing time, intraoperative blood loss, scar length, total incidence rate of complication, total effective rate of treatment, and scores of life quality before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation time and postoperative healing time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the comparison group, intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the comparison group, and scar length was shorter than that in the comparison group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the comparison group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group (2.17%) was lower than that in the comparison group (15.22%),with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group (97.83%) was higher than that in the comparison group (84.78%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Mammatone minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of patients with benign breast masses can improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the total effective rate of treatment, shorten the operation time, accelerate the postoperative healing, reduce intraoperative blood loss and shorten the scar length, which is worth promoting.
