Abstract：Objective To explore the application of one-stage suture of common bile duct exploration under choledochoscope in extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 114 patients with extrahepatic choledocholithiasis in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic and choledochoscope for common bile duct exploration, stone removal, and treated with Ttube drainage.The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic and choledochoscope for common bile duct exploration, stone removal, and underwent one-stage suture treatment.The general conditions of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, postoperative fluid replacement, abdominal drainage tube extubation time and hospitalization time in the two groups of patients were compared.And follow-up statistics of the incidence of complications such as bile leakage, common bile duct stenosis, infection, and recurrence of stones in the two groups of patients.Results The operation time, anal exsufflation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount postoperative fluid replacement was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and abdominal drainage tube extubation time between the two groups (P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in the total incidence of complications and stone recurrence rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion One-stage suturing of common bile duct exploration under choledochoscope to treat patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones has short surgery time and quick recovery after surgery.It is a safe and effective treatment.
