Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of T3-4sympathetic nerve chain resection under single-hole thoracoscope in the treatment of primary hand sweat. Methods Thirty-one patients with primary hand sweat treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected as research objects, they were divided into observation group (15 cases) and control group (16 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group received double-hole thoracoscopy surgery, and the observation group received single-hole thoracoscopy T3-4sympathectomy.The hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and cortisol levels before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the VAS score at 2,12 h,and 24h after surgery was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP,IL-6,and cortisol levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The single-hole thoracoscopic T3-4sympathetic nerve chain resection for the treatment of primary hand sweat reduces the hospitalization time, reduces the intraoperative blood loss, inflammatory factors and cortisol levels, and alleviates the pain of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
