Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in cirrhotic ascites patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with cirrhotic ascites admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the research group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was given comprehensive nursing. Results After nursing, the indexes of liver function of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase (AST)and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and albumin (ALB)was higher than that before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, AST and ALT liver function indexes in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and ALB was higher than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of nursing care in the research group(95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (77.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for cirrhotic ascites patients can improve the clinical treatment effect, significantly improve the indicators of cirrhosis, and improve the prognosis of patients with positive effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
