Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution in the treatment of pediatric malnutrition. Methods A total of 100 patients with malnutrition in children from January 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, giving patients nutritional support, symptomatic treatment and correction of anemia. The treatment group was treated with conventional regimen+Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution adjuvant therapy for 3 months. The efficacy of malnutrition in two groups of children, correct the time of malnutrition, the time of hospitalization; the nutritional related indicators and immune status of patients before and after treatment, adverse effect were compared. Resuts The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of albumin, hemoglobin, immunoglobulin G and A in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of correcting malnutrition and hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The conventional regimen+Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution has a good effect on the treatment of pediatric malnutrition, which can effectively improve the nutritional status of children and their immune function, shortening the hospitalization time.
