多维度延伸护理在乳腺癌患者PICC导管管理中的应用

摘要目的探讨多维度延伸护理在乳腺癌患者经外周中心静脉置管（PICC）导管管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1～6月我院治疗的44 例乳腺癌PICC 置管患者作为对照组，2018年7～12月治疗的44 例乳腺癌PICC 置管患者作为实验组。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用多维度延伸护理，比较两组导管相关并发症总发生率及导管维护依从性。结果实验组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组导管维护依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者PICC 导管的管理应用多维度延伸护理降低了乳腺癌患者PICC 相关并发症的发生率；提高了患者导管维护的依从性。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional extended nursing in PICC catheter management of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 44 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as control group,while another 44 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given multi-dimensional extended nursing.The total incidence of catheter-related complications and compliance of catheter maintenance were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),and the compliance of catheter maintenance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional extended nursing in the management of PICC catheter in breast cancer patients reduces the incidence of PICC-related complications,and improves the compliance of patients with PICC catheter maintenance.
