Abstract:Objective To explore the psychological characteristics and intervention strategies of high-risk patients with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.MethodsEighty high risk HPV infected patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into group A (40 cases) and group B (40 cases).Group A was used routine nursing,group B was used routine nursing plus psychological cognitive behavioral therapy,the psychological abnormality rate,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score,treatment compliance,psatisfaction,Pittsburgh sleep quality scale (PSQI) score,medical coping style scale (MCMQ) score were compared between two groups.Results The abnormal rate of psychological condition in 80 patients was 90.00%,of which anxiety was 40.00%,interpersonal sensitivity 20.00%,somatization 20.00%,obsessive-compulsive symptom 10.00%.After nursing,the SAS score of group B was (32.26±6.32) points,lower than that of group A for (44.57±4.29) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total therapeutic compliance and nursing total satisfaction of group B were significantly higher than those of group A (P<0.05).The PSQI score of group B after nursing was (6.13±1.7) points,lower than that of group A for (11.3±1.2) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The face score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of group A (P<0.05).Conclusion The high risk patients with HPV infection often have bad psychological emotions,such as anxiety,suspicion,shame and so on.Psychological nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve their bad psychological mood from these points of view.Improve nursing compliance and satisfaction.
