完善流程管理对妇产科护理服务质量及减少护理缺陷发生的作用分析

摘要目的研究分析完善流程管理对妇产科护理质量和减少妇产科护理缺陷发生率的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年6月我院妇产科住院治疗的400例患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组200例。对照组采用常规流程管理，研究组采用完善流程管理。观察比较两组患者的护理服务质量满意度及护理缺陷发生率。结果研究组护理工作满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在妇产科护理中，完善流程管理有助于护理工作质量的调高，增加患者的满意度，减少护理缺陷的发生率，能更有效帮助患者身体的恢复，增进护患关系，临床上可推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the effect of improvement of process management on the quality of nursing services in obstetrics and gynecology and reducing the incidence of nursing defects.Methods A total of 400 patients who were hospitalized in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,200 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional process management,and the research group was adopted a sound process management.The satisfaction rate of nursing service quality and the incidence rate of nursing defects in two groups were observed and compared.Results The satisfaction degree of nursing work in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）;the incidence rate of nursing defects in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significants(P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the nursing process in the department of obstetrics and gynecology,the improvement of process management helps to improve the quality of nursing work,increase patients′satisfaction,reduce the incidence rate of nursing defects,and is more effective to help restore the patient′s health,and improve the nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
