Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of systematic perioperative nursing on radical resection of early pulmonary carcinoma under thoracoscope.MethodsA total of 62 patients undergone radical resection of early pulmonary carcinoma under thoracoscope from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group. In control group, general nursing was provided, and in observation group,on the basis of the control group, systematic perioperative nursing was carried out.The hospital stay, extubation time, nursing compliance, and complications were observed.ResultsIn the observation group, the hospital stay and extubation time were(10.08±1.76)d and(42.41±3.69)h,which were lower than those in the control group(15.69±3.48)d and(59.62±4.81)h,(P<0.05).The percentage of total nursing compliance in the observation group was 96.77%,superior to that in the control group accounting for 74.19%(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 25.81%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of systematic perioperative nursing is of high clinical value in the process of radical resection of early lung cancer under thoracoscope.
