统筹城乡医疗保险背景下重庆市老年人医保现状、问题及对策研究

摘要随着中国老龄化进程不断加快，老年人数持续增长，伴随而来的是生理功能逐渐降低、罹患疾病风险逐步加大。老年人对医疗服务的需求比以往更加迫切，如何满足这一群体的合理需求、保证医疗保险制度的公平性成为政府必须面对的难题。本文通过对重庆市老年人的医疗保险现状进行调查，掌握重庆市老年人医疗保险的实际参保状况，发现存在的主要问题；同时结合国内外的相关研究成果，提出切合实际的政策建议，以保障不同背景老年人的权益。

Abstract：As China′s aging process continues to accelerate,the number of elderly people continues to grow,accompanied by the gradual decline in physiological function,the risk of disease gradually increased.The demand for medical services in the elderly is more urgent than in the past,how to meet the reasonable needs of this group,how to ensure the fairness of the medical insurance system has become the government must face the problem.This paper investigates the status quo of medical insurance for the elderly in Chongqing,and realizes the actual situation of medical insurance for the elderly in Chongqing.The main problems are found.At the same time,according to the relevant research results at home and abroad,protect the rights and interests of the elderly in different backgrounds.
