Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of preauricular and postauricular injection of Dexamethasone and Gentamicin in the treatment of Meniere′s disease.MethodsAltogether 90 patients with Meniere′s disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into research group and control group according to the random number table method.Patients in both groups were treated with Dexamethasone and Gentamicin,and the control group was treated with preauricular injection,and the group was treated with postauricular injection.The improvement effects in auditory function,vestibular function and movement ability were compared between two groups of patients.ResultsThe hearing function improvement rate (33.33%),the vertigo control rate(77.78%)and the activity ability improvement rate(80.00%)in patients of research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(13.33%,57.78%,13.33%),the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with preauricular injection of Dexamethasone and Gentamicin in the treatment of Meniere′s disease,postauricular medication achieves more obvious effects in improving patients′auditory function,vestibular function and movement ability.
