ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on nutritional status of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods58 cases of elderly patients with MHD in the hemodialysis room in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional low flux hemodialysis (CHD)treatment, the observation group received HFHD treatment, serum hs-CRP,ALB and PAB levels and MQSGA score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the serum hs-CRP,ALB,PAB and MQSGA score in control group compared with before treatment was of no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The serum hs-CRP and MQSGA score decreased significantly in the observation group, serum ALB and PAB increased significantly and compared with the control group, the differences were of statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHFHD can effectively inhibit the micro inflammatory reaction and improve the nutritional status in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
