Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the results of TORCH screening during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in women of childbearing age in Dongguan Region.MethodsFrom March 2016 to February 2017,10 041 women of childbearing age who were screened for TORCH during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in our hospital were selected as study subjects.8782 cases became pregnant.According to the pregnancy outcomes,there were 814 cases in the adverse pregnancy group,and 7968 cases in the normal pregnancy group.Toxoplasma gondii,Rubella virus,Cytomegalovirus,Herpes simplex virus IgM,IgG antibody of the study subjects were tested by chemiluminescence immune detection system.The correlation between pregnancy outcomes and TORCH screening results was observed.ResultsThe pathogen with the highest positive rate of IgM was Herpes simplex virus,and the pathogen with the highest positive rate of IgG was Cytomegalovirus.The positive rates of IgM of various pathogens in the adverse pregnancy group was higher than that in the normal pregnancy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTORCH screening during pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy in women of childbearing age has an important clinical significance in improving the quality of the population and is worthy of popularization and application.
