老年精神病住院患者孤独感与社会支持的相关性分析

摘要目的研究老年精神病住院患者孤独感与社会支持的相关性。方法选择我院2015年3月～2017年3月收治的107例老年精神病住院患者作为研究组，另选择同期我院107例非精神病住院患者作为对照组，收集并整理所有患者一般资料，并进行社会支持评定量表（SSRS）以及孤独感量表评分，分析老年精神病住院患者孤独感与社会支持的相关性。结果研究组社会支持中客观支持、主观评分、对支持的利用度以及总分低于对照组，但研究组孤独感评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的孤独感评分与客观支持、主观评分、对支持的利用度以及总分均成负相关，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年精神病住院患者孤独感程度较强，且与社会支持不足有一定相关性，若能及时采取有效干预，加强家庭以及社会支持，缓解患者不良情绪，而促进病情快速恢复。

Abstract：Objective To study the correlation between loneliness and social support in elderly inpatients with psychosis.Methods A total of 107 elderly inpatients with psychosis admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study group.At the same time,107 non-psychiatric inpatients in our hospital were selected as the control group.The general data of all participants were collected and summed up,and the correlation between loneliness and social support in elderly inpatients with psychosis was evaluated by social support rating scale and loneliness scale.Results After observing the scores of the two groups,it was found that objective support,subjective scoring,use of support,and total score in the social support of the study group were lower than those in the control group.The loneliness score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05）.The loneliness score of the study group was negatively correlated with objective support,subjective scoring,use of support,and total score respectively,which was displayed statistical significance(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The loneliness of hospitalized elderly patients with psychiatric disorders is relatively strong,and there is a certain correlation with the lack of social support.If effective intervention can be taken in time,family and social support will be strengthened to ease patient's bad emotion so as to promote the rapid recovery of the disease.
