ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of low dose Ketamine combined with Lidocaine on stress response in patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery.Methods135 patients with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ hysteromyoma underwent surgical treatment from March 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in group A receivedpostoperative analgesia.Group B patients received preemptive analgesia with Ketamine at 30 min before surgery, and group C patients were given low dose Ketamine and Lidocaine preemptive analgesia. The operation conditions, the visual analogue scales, the indexes of stress reaction and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the three groups were compared.ResultsAll patients completed the operation successfully. There was no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time and bed time and surgery related indicators between the three groups(P>0.05).The VAS score at 6-12 hours after operation in the three groups was significantly lower than that at 1 h after operation(P<0.05).The scores of VAS at 6-12 hours after operation in group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).The use rate of postoperative analgesic medication in group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the use rate of postoperative analgesic medication between group A and group B (P>0.05).The levels of adrenocortical hormone, norepinephrine and cortisol in 6,24 h after operation were significantly higher than that in the three groups after operation at once (P<0.05).The levels of adrenocortical hormone, norepinephrine and cortisol at 6,24 h after operation of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of adrenocortical hormone, norepinephrine and cortisol at 6,24 h after operation between group A and group B (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionLow dose Ketamine combined Lidocaine preemptive analgesia in patients with hysteromyoma can effectively relieve postoperative pain, reduce the stress response of patients, reduce the damage to the body, and do not increase adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
