Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of testicular torsion.MethodsFrom January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital,102 patients with testicular torsion were recruited.According to the odd-even admission numbers, they were divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group. In the observation group,high-frequency Doppler ultrasonography was used, while in the control group, color Doppler ultrasound was adopted. The diagnosis in the two groups was compared.ResultsIn the observation group, the changes of the internal echoes of the testicles, plumpness of the testes, disappearance of blood flow in the testis, normal blood flow in the testes, and reduction of blood flow in the testes were all superior to those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistical significance in confirmed diagnostic rate, missed diagnosis rate, and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the testicular torsion examination, the use of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate obtains a high diagnostic accordance rate and has important value for clinical promotion.
