益气活血、燥湿化痰中药联合西医常规疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中后遗症的临床效果

摘要目的探讨研究益气活血、燥湿化痰中药联合西医常规治疗缺血性脑卒中后遗症的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月～2017年10月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中后遗症患者91例，并分成观察组（46例）和对照组（45例）。对照组采取常规西医对症治疗方案，观察组在此基础上加以益气活血、燥湿化痰中药作治疗方案，比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为89.13%，高于对照组（71.11%）（P＜0.05）；观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原含量等低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对缺血性脑卒中后遗症采取益气活血、燥湿化痰中药联合西医治疗，可有效提高患者治疗效率的同时有助于改善其血液流通性，值得临床上推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue,Dempness and phlegm dissipating traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in treating the sequela of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.MethodsA total of 91 cases of ischemic stroke sequelae patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group　(46 cases)and the control group　(45 cases).The control group was adopted the routine Western medicine treatment regimen,and the observation group was based on the treatment plan of Yiqi Huoxue and and comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 89.13%,higher than 71.11%in the control group　(P＜0.05）.The total blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion yiqi huoxue approaches for the patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy sequel,dampness and phlegm dissipatring combined Chinese traditional medicine western medicine treatment,effectively improve the efficiency of patients at the same time help to improve the liquidity,the blood is worth popularizing clinically，
