Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of simple gasbag in the suture process of perineum side cut with deep laceration of vagina.MethodsEighty-three puerperants of vaginal delivery（erineum side cut and deep laceration of vagina）in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(conventional perineal suture combined with simple balloon,43 cases)and control group(conventional perineorrhaphy,40 cases).Surgery situation,postoperative pain,incision healing and other indicatorswere observed.ResultsIn the observation group，the suture time,the average pain score of wound,infection rate of wound and resuture rate were(14.22±2.64)min,(4.72±0.95)point,4.6%,and 7.0%,respectively,which were all significantly lesser than those of the control group(P＜0.05),(18.09±1.23)min,(6.88±0.63)point,20.0%and 22.5%,respectively.Grade A healing rate in the observation group(86.0%)was significantly better than that in the control group(65.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe simple gasbag can reduce the pain of the mother,improve the speed of suture，avoid re suture and improve the healing of the wound in puerperants of vaginal delivery (perineum side cut and deep laceration of vagina).
