互动健康教育和单向教育在小儿骨折患者护理中的效果对比

摘要目的对比互动健康教育和单向教育在小儿骨折患者护理中的效果。方法选取2015年7月～2016年10月我院收治的小儿骨折患者120例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组60例。其中对照组患者进行单向教育，观察组患者进行互动健康教育，观察记录两组患者的相关临床指标数据。结果观察组患儿的住院时间显著短于对照组，住院费用显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；患儿家长的健康知识掌握情况显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿的主动进行功能锻炼的比例明显高于对照组；患儿功能锻炼时的配合程度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿家长对临床护理的满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论互动健康教育在小儿骨折患者护理中的效果显著，可有效缩短患儿的住院时间和减少患儿的住院费用，在改善患儿家长对相关健康的知识掌握情况、提升患儿的主动性和配合程度等方面都表现出明显优势，因而值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To compare the effects of interactive health education and one-way education in the nursing care of children patients with fractures.Methods From July 2015 to October 2016,120 cases of pediatric fracture patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given one-way education,while patients in the observation group were given interactive health education,and related clinical index data of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The health knowledge of parents,parents were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of active functional exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the coordination degree of functional exercise was significantly higher in children than in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education has a significant effect in the nursing care of children patients with fractures,which can effectively shorten the length of stay and reduce hospitalization costs,and shows clear advantages in improving relevant health knowledge for the parents and promoting children′s initiative and compliance.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
