Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of interactive health education and one-way education in the nursing care of children patients with fractures.Methods From July 2015 to October 2016,120 cases of pediatric fracture patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given one-way education,while patients in the observation group were given interactive health education,and related clinical index data of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge of parents,parents were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of active functional exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the coordination degree of functional exercise was significantly higher in children than in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education has a significant effect in the nursing care of children patients with fractures,which can effectively shorten the length of stay and reduce hospitalization costs,and shows clear advantages in improving relevant health knowledge for the parents and promoting children′s initiative and compliance.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
