Abstract:Objective To study the application effects of Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution in iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods A total of 482 cases of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy were selected from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital.The patients were divided into control group(multi-dimensional iron oral liquid)and observation group treated(protein iron succinate oral liquid),241 cases in each group.The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were observed,the red blood cell related indicators and iron metabolism level were detected,and the effective rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The adverse reaction rates of dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,epigastric pain and anorexia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin(Hb),erythrocyte count(RBC),hematocrit((HCT),reticulocyte(Ret),iron metabolism indexes of blood iron(SI)and serum ferritin(SF)in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.the improvement of each index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,improve the levels of red blood cell related indexes and iron metabolism in patients with anemia during pregnancy,and enhance the treatment effective rate,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
