Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of posterior lumbar interbody fusion and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 186 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into control group (n=90)and observation group (n=96)according to the different treatment methods. The control group received posterior lumbar interbody fusion, and the observation group received transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, clinical efficacy, bone graft fusion rate and complications between two groups were compared. Results The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group[(129.85±19.97)min vs.(168.46±18.92)min;(252.59±30.18)ml vs.(346.63±38.66)ml,P<0.01].The clinical symptoms improved rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [(91.56± 7.69)%vs.(83.78±5.62)%,P<0.01].There was no significant difference in the fusion rate of bone graft(91.11%vs. 93.75%)and the complication rate(12.22%vs.7.29%)between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05). Conclusion The posterior lumbar interbody fusion and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion are effective treatment method for lumbar spondylolisthesis, and the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and clinical symptom improvement rate of the later are better than those of the former.
