Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect of position chiropractic combined with acusector, polarized infrared in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods68 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis from February 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment measures,34 cases in each group. The control group was given traction, acusector, ultrashort wave treatment, and the observation group was given position chiropractic combined with acusector, polarized infrared treatment. The excellent and good rate of lumbago improvement, functional prognosis and recurrence rate of the two group were observed.ResultsThe excellent and good rate of lumbago improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of prognosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than 23.5%of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of position chiropractic combined with acusector, polarized infrared in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is obvious, and the prognosis is good.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
