Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the value of application of cervical posterior single/bilateral open-door laminoplasty in the treatment of cervical spinal canal stenosis.MethodsAltogether 30 patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis from January 2012 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the different treatment methods. The experiment group was given posterior cervical bilateral opendoor laminoplasty, while the control group was given posterior cervical single open-door laminoplasty treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the JOA score, duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications(cerebrospinal fluid leakage, axial symptoms, infection and hematoma)between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionApplication of posterior cervical single and bilateral open-door laminoplasty in the treatment of patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis can achieve good effect, and which has advantages and disadvantages.Targeted therapies should be used in clinical treatment based on the patients′conditions, operation equipment condition and technical level of medical personnel so as to promote the prognosis of patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis.
