Abstract:ObjectiveTo summarize the positive rate of biopsy after contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and to explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in chest wall tuberculosis puncture biopsy.Methods70 patients with thoracic wall mass from November 2013 to December 2015 were selected, all patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(40 cases)according to historical comparison method. The control group was used general ultrasound guided puncture biopsy, the study group was determined by ultrasound contrast to determine the area, then the ultrasound guided biopsy was performed. The sample complete rate and pathological positive rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe sample complete rate was 43.3%and pathological positive rate was 76.7% in the control group, which were respectively 87.5%and 100.0%in the study group. The sample complete situation in the study group was better than that in the control group, the pathological positive rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionContrast enhanced ultrasound in puncture biopsy of chest wall tuberculous abscess can show the characteristics of chest wall tuberculosis blood supply, have higher sample complete rate and pathological positive rate, and have higher application value.
