消毒供应中心集中处理腔镜器械的成效研究

摘要目的保证腔镜器械的清洗、消毒、包装和灭菌的有效性，有效降低医院院区内的感染率，提高医疗服务安全质量。方法选取中山大学第六附属医院2014年6～12月实施集中处理前和2015年1～6月实施集中处理后的腔镜器械共计298件作为研究对象，消毒供应中心集中处理院区内4种主要类型的腔镜器械，专业人员利用专业的大型设备对其进行清洗、消毒、包装和灭菌等四个环节。其中，集中处理前后分别行目测、放大镜和隐血试验检查，分别计算各种腔镜器械的合格率以评价清洗质量。结果目测和放大镜检查结果显示，4种腔镜器械经过集中处理前后的清洗质量合格率分别为51.0%（188/298）和99.2%（295/298）；而隐血试验检查结果则分别为39.0%（144/298）和89.4%（259/298）。与集中处理前相比较，经两种检查结果表明，4种类型腔镜器械集中处理后清洗、消毒、包装和灭菌效果均明显占优，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论消毒供应中心采用集中处理方式对院区内4种腔镜器械进行清洗、消毒、包装和灭菌，能显著提高腔镜器械的清洗质量合格率，有效保障患者的医疗安全。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo ensure validity of cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization of endoscopic apparatus,and to effectively reduce the infection rate in hospitals and campuses,and to improve the quality of medical service security.Methods298 endoscopic apparatus altogether were chosen as research objects that including apparatus that were not carried out with the centralized treatment from June to December in 2014 and apparatus after the centralized treatment from January to June in 2015 in the Sixth Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University.The four main types of endoscopic apparatuses were handled by professional personnel by the means of large-scale equipment in the central sterile supply department(CSSD),which included cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization.To evaluate the cleaning results,the qualified rate of these four types apparatuses were recorded respectively before and after the centralized treatment by means of naked-eye observation,magnifying-lens-aided check and occult blood test.ResultsBy the means of both naked eyes checking and magnifying-lens-aided check,the cleaning quality qualified rate of four types was 51.0% (188/298),99.2% (295/298)respectively before and after the centralized treatment.And the test result of occult blood was 39.0%(144/298),89.4%(259/298).Comparably,two test results showed that the four kinds of endoscopic apparatuses through the centralized treatment proved obvious effect in the process of cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionIn the CSSD,four types of endoscopic apparatuses in the hospital have been handled by the means of centralized treatment,which included the process of cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization.This centralized method can effectively increase the qualification rate of cleaning endoscopic apparatuses,thus guaranteeing medical safety of patients.
