Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Weiwei Granules combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.Methods100 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 50 cases in each group.Control group was purely treated with Weiwei Granules,while observation group was treated auricular point pressing with bean on the basis of Weiwei Granules.The clinical effect,treatment score and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups after treatment were compared.ResultsThe curative effective rate of observation was 87.76%,which was significantly higher than of control group(74.47%),and there was a statistical difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptoms,pathological score and gastroscope score of observation group were lower than control group,and there was statistical difference(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionWeiwei Granules combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of atrophic gastritis has significant clinical effect,and it can effectively relieve patients′diseases with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
